You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in White County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our White County crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a White County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
We also track what's happening across White County season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most White County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the White County homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for White County properties.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of White County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a White County property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Commercial Fumigation Services accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your White County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every White County quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any White County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our White County technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across White County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a White County customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of White County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in White County.
We put the guarantee in writing on every White County service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a White County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
